Terms of Service

1. The service

SEEDLOAM is a personal planning tool that helps you fit a goal into the free time around your sleep and work, and tend it with short guided sessions. It is a wellbeing and productivity aid, not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give us an email you control. One person per account.

3. Free plan, trial & subscriptions

The free plan keeps the core of the app for good. A premium subscription unlocks the rest (unlimited goals and schedules, the AI assistant, full history, and personalization).

• A premium trial of 7 days (or a longer period from an invite code) starts when you plant your first goal.
• Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription renews automatically - monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout - until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice; the price you subscribed at applies until your next renewal.
• Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple under its own terms, and refunds follow Apple's policy. Closing your SEEDLOAM account does not cancel an App Store subscription: stop it in Settings, under your Apple ID.

4. Your content stays yours

Your goals, journal entries, and words belong to you. Downgrading or stopping a subscription never deletes them - extra goals and older history simply rest and return when you go premium again. You can delete your data at any time from the app, and ask us by email for a copy of it (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Who we are, and the law

SEEDLOAM is run by Thien Bui Vo Thanh, an independent developer based in Vietnam, and is the data controller for the information described in the Privacy Policy. Reach us at support@seedloam.com. These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Nothing here takes away a consumer right you hold under the law of the country you live in, and you can always bring a claim where you live.
